The shop turns read-only. You can still see and export everything, but the till stops taking new sales until you pick a plan. We never delete your data.

No. Every add-on is free on every plan: gift cards, loyalty, WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok orders, accounting, the customer display and the rest. The only extra is a second or third module on Starter, GH₵30.00 a month each.

On Business each branch after the first is GH₵100.00 a month. On Pro it is GH₵200.00. Starter runs one branch, so a second branch means moving to Business.
SMS is included in every plan: receipts and booking confirmations by text cost you nothing extra. WhatsApp messages cost us per conversation, so you top up a wallet and pay only for what you send. Pro includes monthly credits for Ask Cashiar.
Yes, at any time from Settings. Moving up takes effect at once. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
